Dr. Hershkop is a licensed geriatric pharmacist with nearly two decades of experience working in nursing homes and assisted living facilities across Pennsylvania and beyond. Her first role as a clinical pharmacist gave her firsthand insight into the challenges seniors face with multiple medications.

Over the years, she witnessed a “pill for every ill” approach that often failed to truly improve patients’ lives. Determined to find a better way, she became certified in pharmacogenomics (PGx)—a breakthrough in personalized medicine that uses genetic insights to guide safer, more effective prescribing.

Today, Dr. Hershkop combines her pharmacy expertise with advanced training in genetics to provide medication optimization, and wellness planning services tailored to each individual.
